The program we use focuses on service delivery, the control of standards, performance metrics and continuous improvement of our service offers.

Operating Principal

Our operating principal is defined as “an agreement between the provider of a service and its users, which quantifies the minimum quality of service which meets the business need”.

We document these principals in a Service Level Agreement for each unique service offer required.

Since we deliver a service through people – we focus upon people behaviours and attitudes to provide high quality services. Recruitment criteria, compensation programs and training modules develop and enhance behaviour.

Performance Improvement

Each Service Level Agreement defines metrics to track performance delivery standards and defines a team responsible for the continuous improvement of the Service Offer.

Inspection & Frequency

By using Service Level Agreements, we develop a dialogue with a client, which allows us to detect inadequacies in expectations and delivery standards early on in the process and together input to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
